The tablet market witnessed a 15% decline in global markets during the third quarter of 2021, as shipments reached 37.7 million units of tablets.
Canalys report revealed tablet shipments for the third quarter of 2021, which recorded a decrease compared to the same quarter last year.
Shipments this year fell to 37.7 million units of tablets compared to last year’s shipments of 44.3 million units.
Apple controls the largest share of tablet shipments, with shipments of 15.2 million, with a market share of 40.4%.
While Samsung came in second place with shipments of 7.2 million units, with a market share of 19.1%, while Lenovo came in third place with shipments of 4.3 million units, with a market share of 11.3%.
Amazon recorded shipments of 2.8 million units, while Huawei achieved shipments of 2.5 million units, as Amazon lost 44.5% of tablet shipments, while Huawei’s shipments fell to 50.9%.
