Redmi has partnered with the Mercedes-AMG F1 team for the upcoming K50 series of phones, as the company is introducing a special version of the series that features faster performance and a special design.
Redmi is preparing to hold a conference on February 16 to launch the Redmi K50 Gaming phone in the Chinese market, and the company is expected to present its Mercedes F1 series phone during the event.
And the leaks that came so far have indicated that the Mercedes version of a special design for the exterior, with a special color that corresponds to the colors of the Mercedes F1 that includes gray with black in the back cover, also comes with an LED light strip with a design of side triangles.
The phone also comes with two distinctive dark gray strips that extend vertically in the middle of the back panel with the “Mercedes AMG Petronas F1” badge on the upper right side with the Mercedes logo.
It is reported that the Redmi K50 Gaming phone comes with a 6.67-inch OLED screen, Full HD Plus display quality or 2400 by 1080 pixels, the screen also supports a 120Hz refresh rate, and comes with a protection layer of Gorilla Glass Victus.
The phone also supports the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor chip, and it comes with a 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 main sensor, with a 13-megapixel OmniVision OV13B sensor, and a 2-megapixel sensor, while the front camera comes with a 20-megapixel camera.
The phone also launches the Android 12 operating system, with the MIUI 13 interface, and a 4700 mAh battery, with 120W fast charging technology.
