Multiple reports have claimed that the Realme GT 2 Pro which is due to arrive on December 20th will have a telephoto camera, but there is new information received from China indicating that this is not true.
This information comes from the Digital Chat Station website, which claims that Realme chose to include a 150-degree wide-angle camera on the GT 2 Pro instead. Something the company confirmed on Weibo by sharing a poster that reads in Chinese, “Explore the 150° horizon! The industry’s first imaging technology.”
Realme hasn’t confirmed the resolution of this wide-angle camera yet, but previous leaks claimed that it will use a 50MP sensor, which will be joined by another 50MP main unit. The third camera was expected to come with a telephoto lens setup, but it seems that this is not the case.
Moreover, Realme hinted that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 processor, and said that it will contain “the world’s first innovative biomaterial”, but did not go into details.
Anyway, there are only four days left for the Realme GT 2 Pro to be revealed.
