The software giant Microsoft has managed to achieve a new record in the number of Xbox Game Pass subscribers, as the number of subscribers has risen to 25 million so far.
Xbox Game Pass has increased from 18 million subscribers in January of last year to 25 million this year.
Microsoft is seeking to expand the base of its cloud gaming service subscribers with a large number of games, as well as game videos from Netflix.
This year, it has already succeeded in attracting a larger segment of subscribers, and the company continues to add new titles to its cloud game library, adding “iconic Bethesda” games during 2021, with 20 new titles including Dishonored, Doom, and The Elder Scrolls, and Fallout alongside Wolfenstein.
On the other hand, Microsoft announced plans to acquire Activision Blizzard in a deal worth 68.7 billion dollars, and “Phil Spencer” indicated in his announcement that this new acquisition will offer a large number of Activision Blizzard games on Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
