A recent vulnerability appeared in Safari browser that could allow websites to track your browsing history and your Google ID on iOS 15 and iPadOS 15. Now, a new report from AppleInsider says that Apple is currently working on a fix as soon as possible.
The fix will likely be available when the new update arrives for iOS 15, iPadOS 15, and macOS Monterey.
This vulnerability affects iOS 15, iPadOS 15 and macOS Monterey, the operating systems on which Safari 15 runs. The vulnerability is found in an application programming interface (API) used and supported by most browsers, and can be used by hackers to find things Many about the user’s browsing.
An API with these issues is called an indexed database, and it contains a large amount of data that it maintains.
