Jacob Freeman, EVGA Product Manager, confirmed that an entire shipment of EVGA RTX 30 series graphics cards had been stolen.
Global markets have long been facing a problem with supply chain shortages for chips, but this downturn in production and supply chains is facing a new kind of crisis after a shipment on its way from San Francisco to a distribution center in Southern California was robbed before it reached EVGA’s centers .
EVGA did not reveal the extent of the damage caused to the company as a result of the burglary, but the company allows identification of the graphics cards belonging to the shipment by entering the serial number of the graphics card through the page of the warranty status of the graphics cards.
The company has warned users about the danger of buying or receiving stolen goods from the shipment, and the company also confirms that in the event of selling or buying these products, users will face the problem of not supporting the upgrade or warranty for these versions.
