If you are an iPhone 11 series user and want to fix this, then these are the steps you should follow:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone:-
Click on General as shown in the following image:-
Click on Update Software:-
Click Download and Install to start downloading the new IOS version that comes with a solution to the problem of running out of battery on iPhone 11 phones.
Once you install iOS 14.5, open the Settings app again and tap on Battery to check battery health after completing the update.
Here, you should be able to see a message, “The battery health reporting system is recalibrating the maximum capacity and maximum performance capacity. This process may take some time.”

Recalibration is expected to take a few weeks because it occurs over time with regular charge cycles.
If the operation is successful, the recalibration message will be removed and the maximum capacity ratio will be updated. However, if the process is unsuccessful, the message under the Battery Health section will be refreshed.
